Lettuce wrapped around Asian marinated beef and fresh vegetables. This will be accompanied by an Asian slaw and spicy cucumber salad.
Chicken Scallopini with Marinara and Vegetable Medley
A boneless skinless chicken breast encrusted in quinoa flakes then lightly sauteed and covered with homemade marinara sauce. The meal is finished off with a generous serving of sauteed or roasted fresh seasonal vegetables.
Grilled Chicken Spinach Salad
A chicken breast lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection served over a bed of fresh spinach. Accompanying the salad is pecans, goat cheese, tomatoes, hard boiled egg and cucumbers and served with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette.

Marinated flank steak grilled to medium rare, served with a roasted vegetable hash and a side of steamed broccoli.

Sirloin steak baked to tender goodness, served with a cauliflower puree. The meal is completed with sauteed pears and pecans.

Tender chicken thighs baked with artichokes and olives, accompanied by a butternut squash puree and grilled zucchini.
Pork Medallions with Rosemary and Mushrooms
Pork tenderloin medallions sauteed with rosemary and mushrooms. They are accompanied by spaghetti squash with butter and nutmeg and a warm berry compote.
