Hi everyone. Just a reminder that the reason the Chicken Tenders with Gnocchi has not been available is that one of the main ingredients in the gnocchi has been retooled, so to speak, by the producers and it does not produce a quality product. Once I can rectify this situation the meal will become available again, or I will create a new product all together.

2012! Wow! Can you believe it? A new year is upon us once again. Boy, it seems like just yesterday that Peter and I created CC BodyFuel but it’s been 2 years already. We are so amazed and grateful for all of our supporters. Thank you for your continued support and patronage.

With a new year will come new menu choices. I’ll have them completed in the next few weeks but until then, I’ve changed up the menu choices for the next couple of weeks (the others had been up for a few weeks and needed a change, don’t you think?). Monday and Thursday deliveries are still the norm and orders need to be in by the Friday prior. And as always, we welcome any feedback on how we are doing and what you think of our food.

Again, thanks so much for your support. We hope to continue to “fuel the athlete in all of us”.

Yes, we’re back. The R&R was great, but as they say, never long enough! We were in Hawaii, specifically Kauai, and it’s every bit as beautiful as you hear. Lush, green, colorful, and yes, humid. We even had a little rain but that didn’t stop us from getting out and about. Frankly, it was hard to come back!

So, with our return continues the regular deliveries. Go ahead and place your orders, let us know what day and which gym, then sit back and let CC BodyFuel cook up some grub for you.

A little R&R

Hi folks! How have you been? We’ve been pretty busy; so busy that I’ve not updated the posts in a while. Apologies for that!

Just a word to let you know that CC BodyFuel is getting a little R&R for the next couple of weeks; therefore, there will be no deliveries for 2 weeks, Oct. 31 – Nov. 10. Regular Monday/Thursday deliveries will resume on Monday, Nov. 14. But go ahead and place your orders anytime during those weeks and we’ll get the meals to you beginning 11/14.

And…. Happy Halloween!

I don’t know about you but I’m wilting in all this heat. Bet it’s just the kind of weather that makes you not want to cook. And what better way then to beat the heat in your kitchen by letting someone else do the cooking. Go ahead, place that order, and let me swelter away over a hot stove and oven because it’s what I do for a living…. and I want to cook for you. So take advantage of me! haha Really, let CC BodyFuel do the cooking so you don’t have to. Updated menu for the coming week.

We’re Back!

Did you have a great Independence Day Holiday? Boy, we sure did. And we’re back in town now so, as promised, the menu items have been changed and deliveries will resume again on Monday, July 11. Just place your order by this Friday, 7/8 and let us know what gym to deliver your meals to and what day, either Monday or Thursday.

Hi everyone. Just a quick note to let you know that there will be NO deliveries next week, either on the 4th or 7th of July. CC BodyFuel is taking the week off to celebrate the holiday and we hope you do the same. Regular deliveries, with new menu offerings, will begin on Monday, July 11.

First, a big congratulations to all who participated in the CrossFit Southwest Regionals this past weekend! Everyone did a fantastic job. Melissa Gust of Conviction CrossFit placed 22nd and she did a wonderful job. Patrick Burke of MBS CrossFit placed 1st and is headed to the CrossFit Games in CA. Good luck Pat!

Ok, now to some CCBF business. Menu items have changed so take a look and place your order! Also, we’ve run into a snag with our sweet potato gnocchi that accompanies the Chicken Tenders. One of our main ingredients has changed it’s format and it produces an inferior product, so we’ve pulled that from our offerings for the time being until we can get the recipe corrected. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
