Chicken Tenders with Sweet Potato Gnocchi

First we begin with succulent chicken breast tenders, lightly seasoned and grilled to juicy goodness.  Then we decided to add some gnocchi to the mix, but not just any gnocchi.  These flavorful pillows are made of sweet potatoes, not the standard russet variety.  To help bind the potato mixture we’ve used Italian chestnut flour instead of all-purpose (for anyone who is not eating grains or is possibly gluten intolerant).  And if that wasn’t enough, we toss the gnocchi in a sage brown butter sauce.   Oh, and one more thing, we finish the dish with a mix of sautéed fresh spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and garlic.  My, my, what deliciousness.   $10.00
