Chicken Scallopini

How about some Italian?  We take a generous portion of skinless boneless chicken breast, coat it with quinoa flakes and lightly sauté it to a golden brown.  Then we top it with a homemade marinara sauce.  Accompanying this meal is a steamed vegetable medley.  As an added bonus we provide some yummy grated parmesean cheese on the side if you’d like to jazz it up a bit.  Ciao!  $10.00
