Whew!
First, a big congratulations to all who participated in the CrossFit Southwest Regionals this past weekend! Everyone did a fantastic job. Melissa Gust of Conviction CrossFit placed 22nd and she did a wonderful job. Patrick Burke of MBS CrossFit placed 1st and is headed to the CrossFit Games in CA. Good luck Pat!
Ok, now to some CCBF business. Menu items have changed so take a look and place your order! Also, we’ve run into a snag with our sweet potato gnocchi that accompanies the Chicken Tenders. One of our main ingredients has changed it’s format and it produces an inferior product, so we’ve pulled that from our offerings for the time being until we can get the recipe corrected. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
