Wow, look at that sunshine. Isn’t it great to live in a state where we can receive a foot of snow and a few days later it’s gone and replaced with a beautiful day like today. We’re very glad to make Colorado our home as I’m sure a lot of you are as well.
We’ve updated the Now Serving sidebar by replacing the Spinach Salad with the Chicken Scallopini. Seems like the salad is not a big hit but the Scallopini is, as well as the other menu items we’re offering for this week. So, take a look, place your order and enjoy!

Now that Spring has sprung and we’re seeing warmer weather (ok, it still may snow but we will see more warm temps) we’ve added a new salad to our list of menu items, a Chicken and Pecan Salad. Check it out under our Now Serving side bar. And while you’re there you’ll see that we’ve changed this week’s offerings as well.
PLUS, we’ve also lowered the price on our Spinach and Grilled Chicken Salad to $7.00. A very economical way to get your protein as well as your greens!
So place your orders by Friday and we’ll delivery them to MBS CrossFit for easy pick up.

Well we added 3 new menu items a couple of weeks ago and neglected to update the nutritional information page so you could see how many calories and blocks each item contains. So, as of today, the Baked Chicken, Baked Steak and the Pork Medallions have been added to the list. We apologize for this oversight! We hope you give them a try.

We’ve created some delicious new menu items and updated the Now Serving sidebar. Yes, the carnitas are being offered again but that’s because they have been soooo popular. But, how about an old-time favorite of baked steak? Did you think you could eat that again if you are following a paleo or zone diet? And don’t forget about pork tenderloin- the other white meat.
