Meet and Greet

I just wanted everyone to know that Chris and I will be at MBS CrossFit this evening from 5:15 to 6:30. We’ll be on hand to answer any question you have. Rumor also has it that we’ll be armed with some samples of this weeks menu items as well. See you there.
