A New Day
CC BodyFuel is open for Business!
At long last CC BodyFuel is ready to begin delivering meals. A lot of time has passed since we catered the Paleo Dinner Party at Pat and Janelle’s way back in November. For those of you that weren’t able to attend, Chris cooked up a bunch of paleo friendly meals (including some of this month’s current menu items) to show the members of MBS that it is possible to adhere to a paleo diet that has not only a ton of flavor but variety as well. The feedback we got from those at the party blew us away so we followed that up with a survey and once again the feed back blew us away. We couldn’t not do CC BodyFuel.
A lot has happened behind the scenes between the dinner party and now. We met with Pat and Janelle several times to discuss menu items, nutrition and a bunch of other stuff. Chris has been experimenting with many new dishes. And Peter has been working feverishly to get this blog up and running.
Enough with the history lesson, on to the details. How can you buy our meals? Starting January 18th MBS CrossFit will offer CC BodyFuel meals for purchase. More details on how you can purchase the food from them will follow.
